LG Renoir (also known as KC910) is the new cell phone of LG which is the successor of LG Viewty. This new model owns a lot of things which can make any fans of technology fall in love as a camera of 8MP, GPS, HSDPA… and the most important it is its new interface with widgets which takes advantage of the new capacity of the auto rotating touch screen !!! Like any new mobile phones, the mobile KC910 has integrated majority of the connectivity available in the market like HSDPA 7.2 Mbit/s, 3G+, wifi, bluetooth, USB… and the new is that we will have the possibility to personalize our own main menu by installing about ten widgets of our choice, it is not great !!!

Compatible with MP3, AAC and WMA, listening music in high quality will not be a problem and with the micro SD slot, we will be able to stock until 8GB which is more and less 2000 songs.

In term of GPS, we will have the choice between the “off board” or “stand alone” option. If we want to use the first option, we will have to go through our operator and so to be billed but if we use the second one, we just need to install a navigation software and it will work like an autonomous GPS. Also we can create an interactive map using our own photos and with the “jogging buddy” option, we can use it to track workouts.

Like the Viewty model, we will be able to make video in divx but instead to have a sensor of 5 MP, Renoir offers a 8 MP camera with a xenon flash and a Schneider-Kreuznach lens !!! Moreover, it integrates some useful function like digital image stabilizer, face and smile detection, “beauty shot” mode which allows to erase the imperfections of the skin...
