| My Plate is a new form to show how it is easy to eat well, with a circle shape like a plate, it is divided in 4 main categories: fruits, grains, vegetables and protein. In fact, it is the new symbol to replace the alimentary pyramid and it is promoted by the United States Department of Agriculture. According to the department, the pyramid representation is becoming obsolete and moreover, it was too complicated because it shows too much data about the nutrition simultaneously so with this new one, by a simple way, it shows us how many and what kind of foods should be on our plate. alimentary plate and each category is represented by a color, green for vegetables, red for fruits, orange for grains and purple for protein. Moreover, we can see a glass with the name diary next to it represented by a blue color.

So if we click on one of them, we will go to the corresponding page where we will find some information and a list of recommended products to put on our plate. For the diary, we will get a list of recommended liquids to take with our daily meal.
A new and easy way to inform us about a healthy nutrition and moreover in the future, the website will display some interactive tools to help us to control better our weight and the kind of exercises to do for a good diet.
