Sleep is essential

Our quality of life depends a lot about the quality of our dream because it influences directly to our health and if we don’t sleep as we should, we can feel bad during all the day and this can affect our work.

From back pain, diurnal sleepiness, gastroenteritis, hypertension… all those disorders make us less lucrative, therefore, the worst of the professionals.

Doctors recommend that we should split our time in equal shares, in other words 8h to work, 8h to have fun and 8h to sleep. By this way, we will be able to maintain our body in a vital equilibrium – of course there are people who need more and some, less but what it is sure, we have to share our time

around this number and even that, normally we don’t do it.

All goes around the sleep : job, family, friend, game, entertainment… we have to learn to prioritize, to know what is the most convenient for us. If we watch too much the TV after we aren’t efficient at work, if we work too much hours, we can’t rest properly and with the time, our performance decreases.

We have to take care of all the aspects of our life and to maintain them in balance – to do it, we can:

  • create a favorable ambient. A comfortable room, a good mattress, the most possible of obscurity and silence
  • the bed is only for sleep. Nothing about movie, book, food...
  • have a regular life. Try to go to bed and to wake up always at the same hour including weekend, don’t dinner too late...
  • make a routine when you aren’t at home. If you travel a lot, create a routine to sleep like close the curtains, take a shower...
  • practice sexual intercourse can help us to sleep. Indeed it has a very good soporific effect.

During the night, the body not only rest but it prepare itself for the next day. The brain processes everything it learned, organized and stored ours memories. The immune system develops cells to fight against infectious agents.

The body produces growth hormones to repair damaged tissues and the most important, it reduces the stress effects that we suffered during the day in order to prepare itself for the following day.

So let’s our body works in good conditions in order for us to be ready to provide the best performance in all facets of our life.
