Tea, benefit for our health

I prefer to drink tea instead of the coffee, i think it is because i get used since i started to drink it very young.

The few times i drank coffee, it was when i was with friends in a bar and with the time, i replaced the coffee by a hot chocolate or by a coke. Not because i dont like the taste more because i m a greedy person :-)

The tea is one of the drink most consumed in the world and after some studies done by scientifics, it has been proven to be very healthy for us. It exists a lot of kind of tea - white, black, green, red...

This plant is well known for its protective property, the

polyphenol. It has an antioxidant action, which fights against the premature ageing of the cells and the illness appearance, and in the tea, there are powerful antioxidants like catechines (green tea), theaflavines (black tea)...

The polyphenol has also an antithrombotic effect against the formation of the blood clot which is good for the heart. Normally if you drink 3 cups of tea a day, you can reduce your heart trouble of 11% but like everything, be careful to no drink too much. Indeed, drinking too much tea can increase the risk of anaemia.

The tea contains the theine most known like caffeine but two times less than the coffee so it increases our vigilance when we are tied for example. Moreover if you drink your tea "hot", it can help you to fight against the stress.

Personally i prefer to drink black tea, more stronger, without sugar and depending on the season, i drink it very cold or very hot.
